Used, washed, or damaged items cannot be returned (unless defective)
Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
Amount credited to your original payment method (card/bank/UPI)
COD refunds are transferred directly to your bank account
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
