How do I place an order? +
Simply browse our
Shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and choose your payment method. You'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation after placing the order.
Can I modify or cancel my order? +
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Please
contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone. After 2 hours, the order goes into packing and cannot be cancelled.
Do you take bulk or wholesale orders? +
Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders of 10+ pieces. Contact us at hello@rajvanshventures.com or WhatsApp us with your requirements and we'll send a custom quote within 24 hours.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? +
We process orders within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru) usually receive orders in 2–3 days.
Is delivery free? +
Yes! Delivery is completely FREE on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies. Cash on Delivery orders have an additional COD fee of ₹49.
Do you deliver across all of India? +
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns across India including remote areas via our courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC). Some very remote PIN codes may take 1–2 extra days.
↩️ Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? +
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Items must be in original condition with packaging. We'll arrange a pickup from your doorstep.
How long does refund take? +
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (2–3 days), the refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and bank transfers are usually faster (1–3 days).
What if I received a damaged or wrong item? +
We sincerely apologise! Please take a photo of the item and
contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), Net Banking, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are secured by Razorpay.
Is it safe to pay online on your website? +
Absolutely! All payments are processed through Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway. Your card and bank details are never stored on our servers. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for complete security.
